Was excited about waking up to 68 degree weather, UNTIL i saw that humidity was 93%. I guess it could be worst. 7-9 miles was specified in the workout, so of course i pushed for 9. I’ve noticed that it stays dark much longer in the morning, so the headlamp was called on. Once into my run i noticed that my reflecting light, no longer worked. Batter was dead, so I had to rely totally on my headlamp for cars to see me. As in previous runs, I started off at 10’00” pace for the 1st half of the run and turned it up for the 2nd half. Finished the 9 miles in under 10 min pace. I am on the backside of my training so i suspect to see the miles decrease over the next few weeks. Tapering time!
