Marathon Training Day 80

We are 2 for 2 for cool days. Temps were again in the high 60s this morning, gotta love that crisp morning air. I headed off to the track for some speed work in the way of 400m repeats. Pretty much had track to myself, there was one other lady walking around. My first 400m had a target pace of 7’45”, and I hit that. My next 2 400m had goal pace of 7’35”, that I also crushed. Last 400m in this season needed to be around 7’00”, that was also successful. I had to repeat this series a total of 4 times.
