Great morning for run. I woke up to 66 degrees and couldn’t have been happier. For the past month and half, temps have been 75 degrees and 95% humidity. Plan called for 5-7 miles. I headed out at 6am and the slight chill in the air was refreshing. I managed negative splits for first 5 miles, and still kept pace under 10 for the final 2. Great day and great day for workout.
