Marathon Training Day 76

Made decision to alter my workout a little. I will do lower mileage but add on some cross training. I headed out to the lake to do a lap around. Lower mileage so I slept in and didn’t get out the house to almost 9 am. Quite a good bit of traffic at the lake but everyone was courteous. Finished up my lap and headed home. Got home and decided to have a one-on-one time with Shawn T and Insanity. If you haven’t tried Insanity, it’s guarantee to leave your drenched. The DVD I chose was “power and resistance”. Exercises included power jumps, globe jumps, v push-upS. #workouts #fitness #health #running
