Marathon Training Day 57

Still feeling the effects of yesterday’s 14 miles, it wasn’t easily getting up this morning.  Still soreness in my leg and ball of my right foot. The soreness in the ball of my for is what I worry about, this is what crushed my hopes of a good time in my first marathon. I’m going there is some type of insert I can get. Only ran 30 minutes of recovery this morning but it didn’t feel too bad… Minus the humidity.
