Marathon Training Day 40

I knew this day was coming, but you never really prepared for….. Hill Day. That’s right it was the day for hill repeats. I didn’t have to go far to find some adequate hills. I jogged down about half mile to reach a hotbed of hills. I started the repetition of running up hard, jogging down. 6 times before I moved on to the next hill. At the end I had done work on 3 different hills 6 each.
