Track Day! I always look forward to track because not only does it help speed, but it gives your legs a little break from the extended use of your legs on long runs. The workout called for 400m repeats, 16 of them to be exact. I know I lost count after about 5, so I am happy I had preloaded my workout on my Garmin. I was supposed to alternate my 5k and 10k pace each interval but I appeared to run faster than that. Needless to say I was a sweaty mess at the end.
