Marathon Training Day 33-Fartlek

In this crazy world we are living, it felt good to get out and run. Have me a chance to clear my head, even if only for a short time. Today was track day and i was excited to do this Fartlek workout. If you aren’t familiar with Fartlek, it’s continuous running at different speeds at different intervals. My intervals went up a minute each time until I reached 3 minutes, before repeating. I definitely felt like I worked out afterwards but it felt good. Be safe out there
