Marathon Training Day 26

It’s Friday!!, but that doesn’t mean training stops. I headed over to my favorite track this morning for a workout. I looked at the workout last night and I was honestly dreading it. I don’t like running miles on a track, it’s boring to me. I prefer running out on trails where there is plenty to see. There were several people out walking the track so I just made a game out of it, see how many times I could lap them. It was humid but definitely could have been worse. Today’s plan consisted of:

1 mile

(2x) 800m

1 mile

(5x) 100m Strides
