Woke up to 55 degree weather, which is perfection. Today’s plan caused for 2-5 miles at a recovery place. I decided to tackle Duraleigh road to get in my miles. One over zealous runner blew pass me on a downhill, in my mind I wondered if he knew what last ahead of him. I got my answer about a half mile later when I caught up and passed the same guy on the duraleigh hill, difference was he was walking this time. When I made my turn to head back, I passed him again and he was still walking. I finished up with 5.25 miles at about a 9’20” pace. Finished up my workout with some bench work and squats.
